Wantedly Presents: How To Effectively Hire Tech Talents?
It's a talent war when it comes to hiring tech talents - demand is always high and supply is always low. With limited talents available, recruiters are constantly faced with challenges on how to engage the smartest minds out there and stand out in this competitive tech hiring scene.
According to Harvard Business Review, a generous benefits package is essential for attracting and retaining top talents. This makes hiring tech talents, who genuinely and emotionally care about your company, even harder. How, then, do you find tech talents who will go above and beyond their daily responsibilities, exhibit creative thinking, and have the potential to bring transformational values to your team?
Join us for an exclusive evening with a line up of top tech leaders and hiring managers as we uncover more insights on how to effectively hire tech talents. Going beyond traditional technical hiring techniques, we want to shine the spotlight on engaging developers through employer branding strategies, community activities, building a developer-first culture within the company, and much more.
Come learn from thought leaders who have created success stories within their companies and be prepared for a night of networking amongst HR professionals like you!
